The man-made, environmentally friendly freshwater lagoon with white sand beaches is the first of its kind in a primary residential community in North Dallas.
The caribbean-like lagoon will be the centerpiece of the 2,030-acre residential development located just west of the Dallas North Tollway along the quickly expanding Highway 380 corridor. Construction of the lagoon is slated to begin this winter, with a projected completion date of Spring 2019.
