Windsong Ranch wins People’s Choice Community of the Year for second year in a row.
Windsong Ranch was recently named Dallas’ 2017 People’s Choice Community of the Year by the Dallas Builders Association for a second year in a row. The announcement came during the McSAM Awards presentation at the Westin Galleria Dallas this past spring.
This award represents the second year in a row Windsong Ranch has earned this coveted honor. “Of all the awards our community has received, we cherish the People’s Choice above all else.” said Craig Martin, founding partner of Tellus Group, LLC and developer of Windsong Ranch. “This award is voted on by the people who live inside our community and is based on our resident’s survey responses. For our residents to vote Windsong Ranch the best place to live in all of the Dallas Metroplex year after year makes us truly honored and proud.”
Windsong Ranch also took home two other awards during this annual event. The community received top honors for “Best Community Entry Feature,” and “Best Computer Generated Sales Tool.”
Windsong Ranch, a 2,030-acre residential, master planned development by Tellus Group, is located at 1001 Windsong Parkway South, just 2.5 miles west of the Dallas North Tollway on the north side of Highway 380 in Prosper, TX.
